Ein sehr spezielles Kochbuch. Bei neuen Mikkel Karstadt waren wir für die englische Originalausgabe sowie die deutsche verantwortlich. Da das Buch dabei parallel entstanden ist, war es eine gewisse Herausforderung, beide Ausgaben stetig abzugleichen. Es hat aber gut geklappt. Sehr atmosphärisches Werk.

A very special cookbook. We were responsible for the original English edition and the German edition of the new Mikkel Karstadt cookbook. As the book was created in parallel, it was a bit of a challenge to constantly synchronise the two editions. But it worked out well. A very atmospheric work.
